Job Description:

To provide high-quality care to consumers, including those with complex needs, ensuring that clinical decisions are evidence-based and consumer rights are upheld. This involves delivering direct care, promoting mental health integration across inpatient and community settings.

About the Role:
  • Ensure effective communication among interdisciplinary teams, external referral sources, consumers, and visitors.
  • Provide shift coordination and leadership to deliver a high level of care.
  • Identify and minimize risks to patients, employees, volunteers, visitors, and the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Experience in Mental Health would be highly regarded.
