Gladstone Park Primary School OSHClub is looking for a passionate and motivated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, leading a team of Educators at a medium sized (45 licence capacity) service in Gladstone Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for those willing to run their own OSHC service with great support structure provided by the leadership team.
**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:45 - 6:00PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school
Gladstone Park Primary School OSHClub is an existing medium sized service that caters to an integrated community with an average of around 15-25 children a day in their before and after school care capacity. This beautiful service in Gladstone Park has a strong school community that provides a breadth of opportunities for children. We have a dedicated and permanent space with attached canteen kitchen and our OSHClub children in this service have access to beautiful outdoor areas. We also have recently completed assessment and rating at this amazing service.
Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication. Team player with a desire to become a service leader. Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children. Australian work rights.
