High Intensity Residential Care Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of High Intensity Residential Care Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing and implementing individualised support plans, as well as assisting with medication administration, personal care, and other healthcare tasks. They will also act as a mentor and role model for other support workers, coordinating with allied health professionals and external stakeholders to promote independence, dignity, and choice for individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual
- Manage and coordinate rotas to ensure 24/7 coverage, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
- Mentor and supervise support workers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care
- Liaise with family members, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration
