Capital Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Transaction Analyst to join our Retail Capital Transactions team at Dexus Units FP Stapled. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of internal transaction activities, tracking and reporting of market activity, and contributing to the overall investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Transactions Managers and General Manager to identify and articulate property risk and opportunity relating to revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure.
- Provide timely and accurate transaction modelling inputs and outputs.
- Support the end-to-end due diligence process for transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis and modelling for strategic review of internal and external assets.
- Assist in maintaining ongoing deal activity and reporting in key systems and forums.
The ideal candidate will possess circa 2-4 years' experience in an analytical capacity within the property/real estate industry. You will have built strong modelling experience and be able to proactively self-lead recommendations and conclusions. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
