The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Capital Markets team as a Vice President. In this role, you will have a broad mandate across debt and leveraged capital markets, structured products, and strategic equity derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute capital markets transactions in connection to M&A, refinancing, growth, and capital management.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new transaction opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal sector coverage teams to provide innovative solutions and impactful pitching materials.
  • Support the development of more junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, with deep technical knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Leveraged finance, Debt capital markets, Debt advisory, Private capital, Structured finance, Equity-linked products, Hybrid capital, Derivatives.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to expand expertise across all the areas above.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and executing transactions.
  • Ability to convey complex structures in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to origination and relationship-building.
