Senior Leader Position

Job Overview:

The Associate Director/Director Risk is a senior leadership role responsible for leading project teams, developing strategic plans, and building relationships with industry stakeholders.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of risk governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and industry executives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership in areas of emerging regulatory focus.

Requirements:

  • Senior or executive-level experience in governance, risk, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong track record in the financial services sector, consulting, or regulatory bodies.
  • Recognised industry expertise in one or more areas of risk governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise analysis and recommendations.
