Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

About the Role:

This role involves delivering a high-quality payroll service that supports our growing workforce. You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Manage all employee master data, new hires, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Prepare, reconcile, and process all payroll-related payments accurately and on time
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries

You will be required to have proven end-to-end payroll experience in Australia, exposure to New Zealand payroll, and familiarity with time & attendance systems.
