About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating events, providing administrative support and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

The role will be located at our state-of-the-art campus, where we pride ourselves on sustainability and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in event administration and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Events team to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering and audio visual requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years recent event administration experience.
  • Experience using event management software.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices.
