
Senior Sales and Operations Manager

We are a renowned watchmaker blending tradition and innovation with a global presence.
The Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will oversee our corporate boutiques across Australia, driving sales performance, ensuring visual merchandising excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Lead day-to-day operations of all boutiques nationally, aligning with our brand standards and SOPs.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by analysing results, setting targets, and implementing sales improvement initiatives.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain consistent and premium visual merchandising across all retail locations.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing Boutique Managers and retail teams.
- Training and Compliance: Conduct regular performance reviews, implement development plans to build team capability, and oversee training programs ensuring compliance with all learning and development initiatives.
- Staffing and Finance: Monitor boutique staffing levels and rosters to maximise customer service and productivity, manage budgets and payroll costs in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business management preferred.
- Minimum 8 years retail management experience in the premium sector preferable.
- Multi-site experience essential:
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills.
- Excellent computer literacy skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical and financial skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets.
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Ability to train, develop, and coach others.
We seek an experienced Retail Manager with tertiary qualifications in Business management, preferably with minimum 8 years retail management experience in the premium sector. Multi-site experience is essential.
You will be highly developed and proven customer service skills, excellent computer literacy skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills. You must have strong numerical and financial skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, energy, drive, and enthusiasm. Proven experience achieving sales targets and ability to prioritise and work well under pressure are required.
A strong leader with ability to train, develop, and coach others is ideal for this role.
