Financial Management Opportunity

The school is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated finance professional to join its finance team. This is a permanent full-time position including school holidays.

The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable functions, while supporting the broader financial operations of the School.

This includes:

  • Preparing and processing fortnightly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintaining employee pay and leave records, and responding to payroll-related enquiries
  • Assisting with accounts payable, including invoice processing, creditor records and purchasing support

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in payroll and accounts payable
  • A strong understanding of compliance and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills
