Harm Reduction Specialist – Support Individuals in Need
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide support to individuals who require assistance with harm reduction services.
This role involves working with people who are intoxicated, providing them with a safe and caring environment to sober up. You will also facilitate access to appropriate alcohol and other drug treatment options and support services when the individual is sober.
As a Harm Reduction Specialist, you will be part of a rotating roster, working varied shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will work closely with our team to ensure that individuals receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and caring environment for individuals who are intoxicated
- Facilitate access to alcohol and other drug treatment options and support services
- Work on call outreach services to monitor individuals in the community who have been identified as intoxicated and in need of monitoring
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Requirements:- Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field
