Gambling Harm Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a Sporting Clubs Program Manager to lead the development of our Love the Game program strategy. The successful candidate will oversee ongoing program evaluation and performance monitoring requirements.
This role involves leading a small team to develop, implement, deliver and promote program activities and contracts in line with key objectives and strategy. You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the delivery of major prevention initiatives to prevent and reduce gambling harm in the Victorian community.
Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the health promotion and public health sectors
- The ability to think strategically about how to address complex issues like gambling harm
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
- A tertiary qualification in health promotion, public health, social policy or community development (desirable)
