">Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver psychosocial support to clients aged 16-65, working towards identified recovery goals.
  • Enhance client self-management of mental illness, developing knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their support needs.
  • Improve coping skills, reduce self-harming behavior, and develop confidence in daily living activities.
  • Foster social relationships and networks, promoting healthy lifestyles and minimizing harmful behaviors.
  • Assist clients in accessing educational, vocational training, and employment opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a case worker in mental health.
  • Bachelor qualification in Mental Health/Community Health or equivalent.
  • Understanding of mental health interventions and responding to clients with complex needs.
  • Awareness of vulnerabilities faced by people with psychosocial disabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, carers, and external stakeholders to assess, design, and review recovery plans.
  • Effective relationship-building within the team and with external partners.
