We are seeking a strategic and creative Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy education in Australia.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop interactive learning materials (eLearning, videos, guides, workshops) tailored to pharmacy operations and clinical practice.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, operational leaders, and frontline teams to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that is accessible, relevant, and measurable.
  • Support the rollout of learning programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with organisational standards.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
About You:
  • A proven experience in instructional design, learning development, or education - ideally within healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through education and capability building.
