Strategic Learning Facilitator

Cultivate top talent and build critical capabilities as the Learning and Capability Manager. Drive learning interventions that accelerate skill mastery, leadership development, and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visionary, data-driven learning strategy and roadmap to address current and future capability requirements.
- Establish robust governance ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment of all learning initiatives.
- Lead the PEXA Academy, designing and delivering learning initiatives that drive capability growth, engagement, and future-fit performance.
- Manage vendors and partnerships to cultivate and negotiate strategic relationships that maximise value and impact.
- Champion learning initiatives that actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating equitable growth opportunities across all roles and demographics.
- Implement robust measurement frameworks capturing qualitative and quantitative learning effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading high-impact corporate learning functions in dynamic organisations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute transformative learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Mastery across various learning modalities, including immersive experiences, virtual, social, self-directed, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic vendor management capabilities to optimise external partnerships.
- Proficiency in data analysis, learning metrics, and data governance to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
