Job Title:

Centre Operations Manager

Job Description:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a childcare centre, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.

Mentor and support the team to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
