Are you passionate about sport, community, and delivering outstanding service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people? Our Sports Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic **Administration & Customer Service Superstar** to join our front-of-house team

**About the Role**

As the face of our centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills who loves helping people and making a positive impact every day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle bookings, and general enquiries
- Support daily administrative operations, including data entry, reporting, and scheduling
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, umpires/refs, and customers
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment for all patrons

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A bubbly, energetic personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in a similar role or in the sport/recreation industry is a bonus

Pay: $46,847.32 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
