Job Description:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily food and beverage operations of our hotel. This includes front-of-house activities, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training colleagues while leading and coordinating operational outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training colleagues
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house operations
  • Implement company policies, including cash handling and customer service protocols


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team across dining and event settings. You should have experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with experience in conference and event operations preferred.
