RACV City Club, a prestigious social leisure and business hub, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their Conference & Events team.

The Role:

As the face of our business, you will be the primary point of contact for conference and event organisers. This hands-on role requires strong management, administration, time management, relationship building, organisation, and people development skills.

You will work closely with the Conference & Events Manager to co-ordinate operations in Conference & Events and oversee our team of Food & Beverage Attendants.

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisor role in a conference and events environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, leadership, and a passion for hospitality are required.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are necessary.
  • Demonstrated initiative and excellent time resource management skills are also required.
