Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Rostering colleagues to optimize shift efficiency and manage labor costs
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
