The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to deliver exceptional service. They will be responsible for ensuring that all Food and Beverage operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

In this role, you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of both the restaurant and banquets. This includes supervising staff during meal periods, creating an engaging environment for guests, communicating and delegating tasks effectively, and managing guest queries promptly.

You will work closely with the Food and Beverage management team to analyze performance, rostering, and budgeting. Additionally, you will assist in the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meal periods;
  • Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food and Beverage;
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with analyzing performance, rostering, and budgeting;
  • Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to motivate and direct a team to deliver exceptional service;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Diploma or certificate in hospitality, business administration, or related field (an asset).
