We're seeking a Senior Investigator to lead a small team in NSW, working across all aspects of our business to provide investigative services internally and externally. The team will effectively manage all legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies / codes of conduct, and matters raised through Whistleblower channels.
You'll have strong experience as both an investigator and a leader, with experience in a business-related role compiling briefs of evidence and presenting them to regulators and/or police.
Intra and Interstate travel may be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team in NSW, providing investigative services internally and externally
- Manage all legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies / codes of conduct, and Whistleblower matters
- Compile briefs of evidence and present them to regulators and/or police
- Strong investigative experience & case management
- Experience leading a team ~ coaching, training & mentoring others
- Strong communication skills
- Corporate business exposure and people skills
- Demonstrated understanding of a complex regulative / legislative environment
- A focus on quality, compliance, and legislative process
- Experience with external regulators and / or law enforcement
