Product Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic commercial support and guidance on the development and implementation of our products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercial, contracting, analytics, P&L and pricing support for our products
  • Ownership of all ARM tools and continuous improvement with changing business requirements
  • Assisting in preparing pricing recommendations, delegations and strategy
  • Delivering internal consulting and problem solving service to product
  • Consulting with the business to identify product and process improvements, problem identification/definition, analysis of root causes, business case development/approval and implementation plan
  • Presenting recommendations for optimising and further enhancing our product offering
  • Creating quarterly and monthly tracking tools for measurement against business metrics
  • Sourcing market/competitor intelligence and developing strategic insights to support product business results
  • Supporting the annual and ongoing product planning process, including linking product objectives and initiatives to strategic priorities

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in designing, conducting and presenting product pricing models
  • Experience working in financial services is essential, exposure to home lending is desirable
  • Understanding of profit and loss analysis
  • Able to engage with variety of levels of business/clients to work through different strategic and business improvement approaches
  • The ability to utilise research and analytical methodologies to evaluate strategic options and to investigate the industry, competitors and consumers
  • Strong lateral thinking and problem solving skills, with logical and rational approaches
