**Support Care Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to customers in their homes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals who require daily living and lifestyle assistance, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

As a Support Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with social activities, transportation, and access to aids and equipment
  • Monitoring customer well-being and reporting on progress

You will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Service
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certificate, WWCC, NDIS workers screening check, and proof of vaccination (where relevant)
  • Experience working with Hoist, Bowel Care, PEG feeding, and other complex needs
  • A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet access

We offer:

  • Above-award pay rates from $26-$74 per hour, depending on time of day
  • Guaranteed 28 hours weekly, paid travel between visits, and paid orientation training

  • Visa sponsorship available, subject to conditions

Work schedule includes rotating roster, evening shifts, and weekend availability. Bonus and overtime pay apply. Work location is in-person. Successful applicants will undergo thorough background checks and clearance procedures prior to commencement.
