Job Title:

Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, domestic support, and socialization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services, as well as a valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle. You will also require satisfactory police checks and current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Supporting clients with domestic tasks, including cleaning and laundry
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social events
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 weekdays of availability
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Working towards the Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organizational ability
