Role Overview

This role is focused on supporting and empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

  • Deliver person-centred programs to promote active lifestyles and community participation.
  • Utilise positive behaviour strategies to achieve behaviour support plans.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and records.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who possesses a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and possess high levels of enthusiasm and initiative.

  • Able to work multiple shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable providing personal and hygiene care for clients.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
