About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager - Marketing and Brand to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, including market orientation, segmentation, targeting, and positioning efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROMI).
  • Oversee brand awareness and manage agency relationships to maximize outcomes.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media strategy, to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop and manage market orientation, segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies to optimize company objectives.
  • Provide effective leadership to a diverse team of marketing specialists and foster collaboration with the senior leadership team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a GM of Marketing, Head of Marketing, CMO, or in a similar senior marketing role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience optimizing marketing budgets and reporting on CAC, ROMI, and lead conversion KPIs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management, including running high-impact awareness campaigns and managing agency relationships.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media channels, with a proven ability to measure and optimize for lead conversion.
  • Extensive experience in event management, covering a range of large-scale and community-based events.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse marketing team, with excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Strong market orientation and experience with segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
