About the Role

As the Head of Marketing at Unita, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our marketing function, crafting and executing bold strategies that drive national and local success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate seamlessly across both strategy and execution, delivering impactful marketing results on both national and local scales.
  • Shape and enhance our customer experience, and develop programs to capture customer insights and enhance satisfaction.
  • Own the brand strategy, guiding the business on brand usage, and setting clear guidelines to prevent inconsistencies.
  • Leverage your strong background in analytics and data management to drive informed decisions that maximise marketing impact and ROI.
  • Champion the value of marketing across the organisation.
  • Work with Unita's teams to understand their strengths and USP, and how to leverage it for growth.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and frameworks.
  • A deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, data analysis, and customer experience.
  • A strong background in analytics and data management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
