Marketplace Product Leader

The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of Healthengine's Marketplace products, covering the end-to-end consumer experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Inform product vision and strategy based on data analysis, customer needs, market trends, and business objectives for Marketplace products including platform search, profiles, booking flow, and user accounts across web and mobile app.
- Deliver product initiatives to grow the Healthengine marketplace by driving engagement, active users, and increasing the value of active users.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Ideate, create, and execute tests and experiments to achieve growth objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Complete end-to-end tracking and attribution for all initiatives, including analytics, booking conversion, and relevant documentation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimisation.
