Some of the key responsibilities of the gig are outlined below.
Responsibilities:

3. Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
4. Ideate, create and execute tests and experiments to achieve growth objectives.
5. Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Complete end to end tracking and attribution for all initiatives, including analytics, booking conversion and relevant documentation.

12. Oversee Kanban prioritisation and backlog management for the marketplace team.
Qualifications
About You
You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. Fast may be your default (like us) but you never, ever compromise on what's important, willing to take a steady, more informed approach when it comes to maintaining the trust of our team and customers. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.
Experience you'll bring:
1. 5+ years experience in Product/Growth/Digital Marketing management for a tech product, related online software or digital product, covering both web and mobile app.
2. Preferred prior role experience with an online marketplace.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with solid experience in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/SQL.
4. Strong experience in UX and CRO.
5. Track record of successfully managing product development from conception to launch, and building product through experimentation, including creating a hypothesis, executing an experiment, learning & iterating.
6. Strong understanding of software development processes & technologies.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies.
8. Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
9. Experience with mar-tech (e.g. Adobe Target, Braze, Branch).
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
