Job Title: Marketplace Product Manager

This is a high-level opportunity to lead the development and growth of our healthcare marketplace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute product strategies that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on data analysis, market trends, and technical feasibility.
  • Ideate and validate hypotheses through experimentation and iteration.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of product features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Product/Growth/Digital Marketing management for a tech product or related online software or digital product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with solid experience in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/SQL.
  • Strong experience in UX and CRO.
  • Track record of successfully managing product development from conception to launch, and building product through experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes & technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
