About the Learning Enhancement Role

The role is a part-time opportunity to support students with additional needs, enhancing their learning experience in the classroom. Working closely with classroom teachers, you will assist and extend students' knowledge under their guidance.

This position offers flexibility and growth opportunities, allowing you to develop essential skills necessary for student success.

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop effective strategies for supporting students with additional needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence among students.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to collective responsibilities and enriching student experiences.

You will work closely with other Learning Enhancement Assistants and class teachers, reporting through the Director of Teaching and Learning via the Learning Enhancement Coordinator.
