Housing Maintenance Coordinator

As a key member of our residential team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional housing maintenance services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality homes for our customers by supporting the development of planned and cyclical maintenance programs.
The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse customer base, partners, and contractors. You will also provide project management, site supervision, and quality assurance for ad hoc projects within the assets and maintenance team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of quality homes through the development of planned and cyclical maintenance programs
- Project managing ad hoc work to meet customer needs and expectations
- Developing and administering planned work and preventative maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency
- Preparing job orders and allocating work to appropriate contractors to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining accurate records of contractor performance and compliance details
- Ensuring building compliance works are completed on time and delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Providing regular reports on monthly maintenance spend to stakeholders
- Verifying invoices for payment and coordinating with finance teams
- Maintaining accurate records in the assets management system to ensure data integrity
- Managing customer feedback and satisfaction survey processes to inform service improvements
We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, who can demonstrate a proactive approach when working with multiple systems. A proven background in facilities management and asset maintenance within the residential space is essential, along with knowledge and experience of working within group homes.
Additionally, we require individuals with a sound understanding of preventative maintenance and project management principles, as well as proficiency in computer literacy and cultural alignment to our values.
