Position Summary

Reframe seeks a dedicated and compassionate professional to serve as a full-time Recovery Coach. As the primary coach for a portfolio of clients, you will provide ongoing support through daily text and video messages, as well as virtual 1-on-1 sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through various communication methods, including texting, video messaging, Zoom sessions, and written updates.
  • Conduct Discovery calls with new clients to assess fit and establish a coaching relationship.
  • Lead or co-lead multiple weekly community meetings via Zoom to foster engagement, support, and accountability across the Reframe community.
  • Collaborate closely with the coaching team to enhance the coaching program, share insights, and contribute ideas for platform-wide improvements.
  • Document client progress and session outcomes in accordance with Reframe's coaching standards and client privacy policies.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Certified Coaching credential(s) or licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) with experience helping individuals address alcohol use.
  • Be comfortable supporting clients through various communication methods.
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full client caseload effectively.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to an evolving, mission-driven organization.
  • Possess passion for wellness, mental health, and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.
