Job Summary

Mechanical engineers are needed for industrial fan design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly of industrial fans according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Dynamic balancing of industrial fans using precision machines to meet international quality standards.
  • Effective maintenance records and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Installation, commissioning, and testing of turnkey projects involving mechanical fans.
  • On-site repair, maintenance, and replacement of bearings.
  • Regular site inspections to assess equipment conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical reporting and recommendations for repair jobs.
  • Consulting services and pre-commissioning checks for fans.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or completion of Year 12.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial fan design, manufacturing, field technician work, maintenance, and balancing.
  • A total of at least 45,000 hours' experience on equivalent machinery.
  • A minimum of 60,000 hours' experience with Smart Balancer instruments and similar technology.
  • A minimum of 60,000 hours' experience with various types of fans.
