As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe delivery of care and services to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly schedules for the home care team in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate daily changes to staffing schedules to match consumer needs with staff skills and competency.
  • Review and verify staff timesheets prior to payroll every fortnight.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, consumers, and their representatives.
  • Update the Client Management System (CMS) with care plan tasks and key information.
  • Coordinate staff training and supervise, support, and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the home care management team.
  • Assist with recruitment practices and cover transport services as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling.
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages and Aged Care Quality Standards is desirable but not essential.
  • A valid motor vehicle driver's license and an insured vehicle.
  • National Police Clearance (less than 3 years old).
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Desirable experience with the Telstra Home Care Manager System.
