**halo seeks a full-time Scheduler to join our friendly team**

We are NDIS registered & an approved provider of aged care services. We have been caring for those who need it most for over 35 years in the Southeast metro region.

The Job:

- Create and manage efficient client rosters.
- Liaise with co-ordination teams to ensure client choice on service provision is honoured.
- Ensure that all workflow tasks within Visual Care are completed within the specified timeframes.
- Ensure effective use of Support Workers availability.

The Fit:
This individual will possess a positive can-do attitude with a friendly, flexible approach and good communication.
We have recently worked hard on the culture of the business with a focus on being kind, clear, open and honest. No gossip or being inconsiderate to others.

The Experience

We are looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in a scheduling role
- Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and support staff.
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Have previous experience in working in the aged or disability sector.
- Has a NDIS check or willing to obtain one.
- Previous skills and knowledge in using Visual Care is highly desirable.

**Salary**: Up to $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- scheduling: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
