Our Home Care team is on the lookout for timekeeper/scheduler for our Perth Metro Home Care (working from home and Rivervale office).
This role assists with planning Home care service delivery and responding to changes in staff availability/absences so we can avoid service cancellation. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will ensure we can continue to deliver our services to clients.
This is a fixed term role with the potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities- Oversee verification of timesheets
- Assist with incoming and outbound calls
- Plan schedules that meet client needs as required
- Understand the importance of both our clients' needs
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Respond quickly to problems and be prepared for the unexpected
- Experience using Sandwai Scheduling or a similar scheduling/rostering software
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar position within the industry
