Perth, Western Australia St Louis Estate Care At Home Part time

Located in Perth's Western Suburbs, St Louis Care at Home, is seeking a compassionate Home Care Scheduler with previous experience in preparing weekly schedules that meet client preferences matched to members of our home care team.

This is a part-time or casual position with flexibility in work hours, three days per week, inclusive.

**Home Care Scheduler Responsibilities**:
Prepare weekly schedules for the home care team, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Coordinate and problem solve daily changes to staffing schedules to ensure consumers needs and preferences are matched to staff skills and competency.

Review and check staff timesheets daily for payroll and billing accuracy.

Communicate in a respectful and effective manner with external partners, suppliers, consumers, and their representatives to achieve best outcomes.

Regularly update Client Management System (CMS) with care plan tasks list, extra service charges, fee changes, and key information to ensure consumer budgets and needs are kept up to date.

Provide general administration support to the home care management team.

Cover transport services, as required.

**Home Care Scheduler Requirements**:

- Relevant home care scheduling experience of 1-2 years or more.
- Experience with Client Management System, essential.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages and Aged Care Quality Standards is desired but not essential.
- A motor vehicle driver's license and appropriately insured vehicle.
- National Police Clearance (Less than 1 year old).
- Right to work in Australia.
- Current First Aid Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.5 - 22.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Relevant Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)

- Police Clearance (less than 3 years) (required)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
