About the Role

Talent Focus is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead our high-end residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs.

  • Manage the full life cycle of construction projects from early works, structure through completion.
  • Drive project progression while maintaining and developing relationships with consultants.
  • Provide overall management onsite, ensuring construction plans and drawings are implemented.
  • Educate on effective implementation of OH&S management and Site Safety.
  • Cultivate a strong site team, lead performance, and company culture.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum diploma in engineering or construction management.
  • At least 4 years of site management experience, preferably on high-end residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering high-end architectural builds valued $5m and above.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • An extensive understanding of construction processes and luxury home standards.
  • A working knowledge of site safety software, i.e., Hammertech, Procore, or similar.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and a chance to work on high-profile projects.
