Executive Portfolio Lead

Drive strategic growth initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in the public sector and government space.

  • Develop and execute program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior clients to understand priorities and provide guidance on change initiatives.
  • Design and implement project structures, governance models, and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Support business development efforts by growing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in project management, delivery, and client engagement.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs with Tier 1 consulting firms or senior internal roles.
  • Strong background in public sector, government, or regulated industries.
  • Expertise in portfolio/program management, PMO leadership, and project delivery.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert challenges into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging at senior levels.
  • Experience in process improvement, operating model design, or transformation delivery is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital tools in transformation projects is highly desirable.
