Deputy Ombudsman Role

As Deputy Ombudsman, you will lead the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance the capability of NSW public sector agencies.

Key priorities include designing and delivering training programs to boost practices and understanding in complaint handling.

You will also leverage data and lead sector outreach initiatives to identify key concerns and issues to inform service and sector improvement strategies.
