Front Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team at Goughrecruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day office operations, and supporting our sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring all messages are responded to promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including property listings, agency agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Team Support: Assist sales, property management, and administrative staff with general services and inquiries, providing a high level of support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Previous Administration Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
