About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our lawyers, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist with meeting room bookings, catering, and setup.
  • Courier and Delivery Management: Organize outgoing couriers and receive incoming deliveries.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained at a high standard.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
