Case Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Case Officer to work within our Human Rights Division.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient guardianship and human rights services to the community of Victoria. This role involves managing a caseload of around 80-150 cases at any given time, each varying in risk and complexity, and at various stages of the VCAT process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand and deliver on service needs
  • Processing high volumes of complex information with efficiency and accuracy
  • Self-management, planning and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
  • Adaptability when communicating with users
  • Experience working with people who are at risk or have complex needs
