Banking Consultant Role Overview

The Banking Consultant position is a crucial role within our Retail Banking division, primarily based in branches. As a Banking Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs and goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless branch experiences for customers by meeting their banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to significant improvements in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Support bank initiatives while actively participating in risk management and compliance.
Key Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer focus with retail experience an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of digital channels and ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
