Professional Advisor for Retail Banking

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer focus, experience in utilizing technology, and the ability to multitask and adapt to change. They will also be willing to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team and have a sound understanding of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Serve as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
