Hours: Monday - Friday 30+ hours per week. Shift pattern: 9:15am – 4:15pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and 9:00am – 5:15pm on Thursday.
Location: Ballina
Key responsibilities- Support NAB's Ballina branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions).
- Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
- Access to banking and financial services discounts including competitive rates and reduced fees on home loans, credit cards and insurances.
- Extensive range of benefits and discounted offers on Travel, Fitness, Events and Technology.
- Variety of leave benefits including parental leave, religious leave, special leave, sporting activities leave and volunteer leave.
