Hours
: Monday - Friday 30+ hours per week. Shift pattern: 9:15am – 4:15pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and 9:00am – 5:15pm on Thursday.

: Ballina
Key responsibilities
Support NAB's Ballina branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions).
Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
