About the Role


This role is a critical part of supporting senior staff and the management team. As an experienced ASIC Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining internal systems, preparing and maintaining databases, scanning, emailing, and filing documents. You will also provide general office support duties and some PA duties to Partners.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintaining internal systems and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Preparing and maintaining databases, including client information and correspondence.
  • Scanning, emailing, and filing documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing general office support duties, such as reception and switchboard operations.
  • Assisting Partners with their administrative tasks, including diary management and correspondence.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice. You will also need to be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements, have exceptional customer service skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in using MYOB AE would be highly regarded, although not essential. Strong administration skills and high attention to detail are also essential.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
